Job Title: Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead – Great Plains at Mobileum

Job Description:

  • Lead and architect end-to-end enterprise projects related to ERP system migrations (On-Premise to Cloud) across SAAS, PAAS, or IAAS platforms.
  • Manage integration and acquisition activities for various applications like ERP and CRM across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for enterprise applications, ensuring smooth functioning and data consistency.
  • Configure, upgrade, support, and develop solutions for Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, and other applications (on-premise and cloud).
  • Customize applications to meet new requirements from stakeholders, enhancing productivity and automation.
  • Manage and troubleshoot various ERP modules: Financials, Sales, Purchase, Projects, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Analytical Accounting.
  • Provide end-user support, conduct training, and perform regular user surveys to improve the customer experience.
  • Review and assess critical application solutions, adopting best practices and the latest technologies.
  • Maintain and manage SQL Server, databases, reporting services, and system integrations.
  • Develop and manage KPIs related to application performance.
  • Create custom reports using Crystal Reports, Excel, Management Reporter, and other tools.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders on project reviews, operations, and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the security team for regular vulnerability assessments and remediation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new solutions and technologies for system optimization.
  • Understand business problems and provide technology-driven solutions to improve functionality.
  • Support design, customization, and post-user acceptance testing discussions.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ERP modules: Financials, Sales, Purchase, Projects, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Analytical Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture and solution design on Microsoft GP and Salesforce.
  • Experience with application migrations, data integration, and migrations in a global enterprise ecosystem.
  • Proficient in SQL Server, C#, .NET Framework, and integration tools (Smart Connect, Scribe, SSIS).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS) and data migration.
  • Understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with GP integration tools.

Soft Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech. in ECE/Computer Science, MBA is a plus.
  • Certification in Microsoft GP or related fields is an advantage.
  • ITIL Framework certified or trained.
  • Experience with ISO27001/27002/27005 is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Innovative problem-solving and ability to translate business needs into application frameworks.
