Job Overview:

New Relic is seeking a Product Manager for our SAP Monitoring solution. In this role, you will drive the strategic direction, development, and growth of an industry-leading product designed to optimize and monitor SAP environments. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, collaborate with diverse teams, and help SAP customers achieve superior performance, reliability, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the vision and strategic roadmap for New Relic’s SAP Monitoring solution.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and driving product improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with engineering, UX, and data teams to integrate SAP Monitoring seamlessly with other New Relic solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for product adoption and expansion.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and use data to refine the roadmap.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent New Relic’s SAP Monitoring in webinars, industry events, and customer presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • SAP Expertise: 5+ years in SAP environments (solution architecture, BASIS, or functional SAP domains).
  • Product Management: Proven experience in managing complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong ability to create products that solve SAP customer problems.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making and product strategy formulation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, explaining complex SAP concepts effectively.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
