About the Job:
We are seeking a client-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Cyber Security team. The TAM will be responsible for driving the deployment, integration, and optimization of advanced cyber security solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and security postures.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong cyber security background with clear communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing client projects and using CRM tools.
- Familiarity with cyber security tools (firewalls, threat detection, cloud security).
- Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
- Scripting and automation experience for security operations.
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
